Volunteer Certificates of Excellence (Advocacy and Family-School Partnership) – The Ohio PTA Volunteer Certificates of Excellence were created to celebrate the efforts of our members who take part in advocacy, family, school, and community activities. Ohio PTA members can earn one or both awards by completing the listed requirements. ACE requirements are in the left column, and FSPC are in the right column. Track completed tasks on this form. When you have met the requirements, scan the QR code to complete your final application online.

Ohio PTA uses Givebacks. Please be sure to include all your officers ASAP. This is Ohio PTA’s MAIN form of email communication with officers. If you are a new officer and are unable to access your unit’s Givebacks site, please email office@ohioptaorg to request your email be added to Givebacks.
Ohio PTA Givebacks Essentials:
- All officers must be reported via Givebacks.
- All members must be added into Givebacks, if not using your Givebacks store to sell memberships, you can import your membership lists and manually add members that way for the year. (It is highly recommended to that Givebacks be used to solicit memberships.)
- All state dues must be paid in Givebacks by a unit president or treasurer.
